Khawaja & Sons Group Of Companies (Pvt.), is a real estate company that was founded in the year 2000. The company's first office was established on the main High Court road, which became its main office. The company's first deal involved the selling and purchasing of real estate, which set the foundation for Khawaja & Sons in the real estate industry. In 2000, Khawaja & Sons established a channel network partner in Bahria Town and started booking for its first Bahria, phase 7 project. This was a significant milestone for the company, and it helped Khawaja & Sons establish a strong foothold in the industry. Following this success, the company participated in low-cost projects in 2000, which had four blocks named Abu-Baker, Ali, Usman, and Umer Block. The company's dedication to providing affordable housing options to its customers was evident in these projects.

I have a few words for my clients as the owner and CEO of Khawaja & Sons. There are currently a lot of potential and challenges in the field of real estate development and marketing.
